Shipping policy

Please note when reviewing processing times that I am a small business and all products are hand-made by me. I make small batches of each product each week and some items will be made to order. If an item is going to take longer than usual to make I will notify you via email.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Australia and New Zealand Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping rates and estimates: Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: For customers shipping to a valid Australian address, Free Shipping is available for orders totalling $80 and over.

International Shipping Disclaimer: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Miju Jewellery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

At Next Market Event pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Miju's next market pop-up. After placing your order and selecting pickup at 'Next Market Event' at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up at the next market event.

Prior to selecting pickup at 'Next Market Event', you can view the list of market pop-ups on Miju's Instagram or contact us directly at contact@mijujewellery.com. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on selecting the market you wish to pick up an order from. 

Note: Miju Jewellery is at a pop-up market in Victoria at least once a month.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@mijujewellery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
