Waistbead Care Instructions
As a close personal companion, Waistbeads become an intimate extension of you. At times you will forget that you're wearing it/them, and at other times, you'll be uber conscious of their presence as you move through your day e.g. toilet break - IYKYK.
Waistbeads do not restrict you when:
- Swimming
- Bathing
- Exercising (e.g. Sports, Gym, Dancing)
- Engaging in intimate relations
- and other Physical Activities
General advice for your Waistbead:
- Store in a jewellery box or soft cloth
- To keep your beads at their best quality, remove before bathing/swimming.
- be mindful of excessive or repeated force on Waistbeads, to decrease the likelihood of breakage
- Avoid waistbead exposure to creams/lotions, perfumes or oils. Allow them to dry before putting on your waistbead where applicable.
- routinely wipe clean your waistbead with a microfiber cloth (especially clasp Waistbeads)
- Where applicable, remove Waistbeads as the bigger beads might be uncomfortable on your body when sitting or lying down in certain positions. If you can't remove the Waistbead, rotate the bead to where the bigger beads are not putting pressure on your skin.
Here is how to avoid breaking your Waistbead in these two common scenarios.
- Changing/toilet break - pull the Waistbead up towards your chest to create room for the removal of your clothes.
- Contact activities e.g. Gym, Basketball, etc. - securely tuck the beads into your clothes to avoid it getting caught on things.
Traditional Tie-On Waistbeads
MIJU's Traditional Tie-On Waistbeads are a form of permanent jewellery and require minimal maintenance. However, they are for the ones that don't have commitment issues (P.S. I'm not your psychologist, but if you do have commitment issues, try a Traditional Waistbead - Source: Trust me sis).
Stretch Clasp Waistbeads
MIJU's Stretch Clasp Waistbeads are semi-permanent jewellery and are not intended for permanent wear. They provide more flexibility with the ability to wear and take off when you want.
